Caesar Salad

We ordered several items during our recent visit, but of all the things the Caesar salad was the most delicious. This has got to be THE BEST Caesar salad I have ever had. The Caesar dressing is perfect. With just the perfect amount. The lettuce wasn't soggy with dressing, but well coated. And the touch of balsamic reduction takes the Caesar Salad to a new level. We have craved this salad since our last visit, and can't wait to go back. The Cottage pie is top notch as well and paired perfectly with the Caesar Salad.

Scottish Eggs

We love coming here on Thursdays before we go out to sing karaoke! The scottish eggs are so good, and the homeade spicy ketchup is to die for!! Everything I've ever had is amazing! We really like the staff and the location!

Dublin's 'Dilla

This is BY FAR the best quesadilla in town! So flavorful. I always think about trying something new each time I visit, but the 'dilla always calls me back!

Scratch Pub Pie

We had a great time at Dublin's! Service and People are great and we loved playing the basketball game while we waited for our table. The scratch pub pie is delicious, highly recommend adding to your order, as well as the Ruben rolls. Both have lots a flavor! Great location in downtown Springfield to kick off Happy Hour - treat yourself to a Big Long Island. Yum!!

Scottish Eggs were great! Would love to see the egg soft boiled instead of hard. But good anyways.

Cheese Curds

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dublin's, and I must say, the experience was absolutely delightful. From the moment we stepped in, the service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. It felt like they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Now, let's talk about the food -- particularly the cheese curds. They were a revelation! Perfectly crispy on the outside, yet gloriously gooey and cheesy on the inside. Each bite was a perfect blend of texture and flavor, making them undeniably addictive. Paired with their house-made dipping sauce, these cheese curds were a standout dish that we kept talking about long after our meal. Overall, Dublin's not only impressed with their top-notch service but also left a lasting impression with their culinary delights. It's definitely a place I'll be returning to, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

Cashew Chicken

I would highly recommend Dublin's Pass. Their Cashew Chicken was out of this world. My husband ordered the Reubin Sandwich, and he loved it. The staff was very friendly, and our waitress was very attentive. This casual dining Restaurant has something for everyone. We will defiantly be back.
